To prepare for your first visit to Greenville EyeCare, simply complete the fully secure, Online Registration Forms. Once you review and submit your information to our office, we will open a file for you and have everything ready for your first visit. Insurance and Financial

Insurance

For patient convenience, we ask that you provide us with your health insurance information upon making your appointment. Greenville EyeCare Associates participates in many major vision and health care plans, so this will allow our office staff time to ensure accurate financial coverage of your upcoming services. In addition, it will allow us the opportunity to contact you with any questions or concerns that may arise with your health insurance prior to your visit.

Financial

Co-payments, deductibles, and fees for services not covered under your health insurance and/or vision plan are due at the time services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept cash, check, and most major credit cards including VISA, American Express, Mastercard and Discover. We also offer CareCredit®, a financing option available at many healthcare offices throughout the country.
